We value exclusivity in our HR Recruitment relationships and offer improved terms to recognise the shared investment in the process. Our fees for permanent assignments are detailed below and include a 12-week free replacement guarantee.
For interim assignments, we pro-rata our recruitment fee based on contract length. If the role then becomes permanent, we invoice the balance of the permanent fee.
We champion a partnership approach and understand that when we work on an exclusive basis we will enjoy a significantly increased fill rate, meaning we can pass on substantial savings to our customers against the traditional multi-agency contingency model.
When you work with us exclusively, each candidate receives the same level of interaction and information, which helps to ensure a consistent and smooth candidate experience.
Note: All recruitment fees shall be calculated based on the Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) annual salary of the placed candidate. The FTE annual salary is defined as the candidate’s gross annual salary, extrapolated to a full-time basis if the candidate is employed on a part-time basis. This includes any guaranteed bonuses, commissions, or other guaranteed earnings.
For clarity, the FTE annual salary calculation will be applied as follows:
Full-Time Employees: Fees will be based on the agreed gross annual salary.
Part-Time Employees: Fees will be based on the gross annual salary that the candidate would earn if working full-time hours.
The applicable fee percentage or fixed fee amount will be applied to the FTE annual salary to determine the total recruitment fee payable.
