This service is especially beneficial during peaks in recruitment activity when you need an experienced recruiter to support you or your HR team flexibly.

We can support you in the following ways:

Single Assignment

We provide an experienced recruiter to manage the full recruitment life cycle of your vacancy. Our services include writing engaging advert copy, assessing candidate suitability, and managing the offer/rejection process. The recruitment fee is 17.5% of the annual salary, with a 25% retainer paid upon instruction and the balance due upon the receipt of the signed contract.

Project Support

We offer the services of an experienced recruiter on a project basis. This could be additional support during peak recruitment periods or for specific projects, such as enhancing your current direct recruitment strategy. This flexible consulting arrangement is charged at a daily rate and agreed upon on a monthly rolling basis.

Although retained arrangements have typically been reserved for executive recruitment, we believe that if a vacancy is important to your business, it deserves a professional approach.  We handle assignments from entry to senior management level to ensure your recruitment needs are met effectively.
